Onpoint On Demand To Provide Ongoing Support for Symbio
Portsmouth, NH, May 26, 2009
Onpoint On Demand announced today that it will provide ongoing software and technical support services for companies who had purchased Symbio server products through Objective Advantage.
Onpoint has purchased the necessary equipment and hired knowledgeable personnel in order to provide uninterrupted support for the Symbio product. In addition, the company is providing Symbio training services for clients who want a deeper working knowledge of the product.
“Onpoint has already signed support agreements with existing Symbio users,” said Tom Cabanski, VP of Technology at Onpoint. “And the migration of Symbio support has been seamless and uneventful for Symbio clients.”
Onpoint On Demand will offer three levels of Symbio support services ranging from basic coverage during normal business hours to include 24 X 7 X 365 live support.
